More New Stuff

Here are some more porcelain discs I've been working on. These are between 8.5cm and 7 cm in diameter and come in a variety of different designs and glazes. A hook for hanging is glued on the back.

New Stuff from Token

These are some of the new designs I've been working on, they are a departure from the wearable jewellery. The discs are purely decorative wall-pieces and the trinket bowls are cast from a pie dish that I made a mould of. I make these in porcelain which I fire to 1190 degrees Celsius and then glaze and refire. The porcelain has a delicate feel but is also hard-wearing.

Process

These are some of the latest pieces I've been working on. I quite like the cleanness of the unglazed porcelain but then again I also enjoy the glazed surface and how it emphasizes the texture and detail. Here are some photos of the work in progress.
